Product Safety Notice

Advanced devices such as sub-ohm kits are not suitable for beginners. Misuse may lead to injury or malfunction. Renex Wholesale does not accept responsibility for misuse or user error.

Returns Policy

Hardware – Unwanted Goods

Unwanted hardware can be returned within 48hours of purchase/delivery:

Online Orders: Products can be returned even if opened, provided they are unused and include all original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Coils are consumables with a limited lifespan. Faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No assistance can be offered after this period.

Disposable Vapes / Pods: We do not offer returns, refunds or warranty for disposable vape devices due to hygiene and validation limitations.

E-Liquids & Drip Tips: Due to hygiene standards, opened or used e-liquids and drip tips cannot be returned. Please ensure e-liquid caps are tightly sealed upon delivery; we are not liable for leaks caused by loose caps.

Clearance items (including disposables) may be faulty, discontinued, or close to expiry and are sold as-is without warranty. Puff counts are manufacturer estimates only.

Damaged Deliveries: If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 168, Henleaze Road, Bristol BS9 4NE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to use an alternative courier if parcel size/weight exceeds limits.

Next Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 5pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day. Orders after 5pm Friday are dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
