Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the supply of goods by Renex Limited to its trade customers. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. About us

2. Trade accounts
We supply to businesses only. To order, you must apply for a trade account and be approved by us. We may decline or suspend any account at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for orders placed through your account.
3. Prices
Prices are shown to approved account holders and are exclusive of VAT unless stated; VAT is added at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price confirmed on your order applies to that order. We make every effort to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur; where we discover an error we will contact you before dispatch.
4. Minimum order and delivery
- The minimum order value is £300 (excluding VAT).
- Delivery is free on orders over £750 (excluding VAT). Below this, a delivery charge or collection may apply and will be confirmed with you.
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and accept it. All goods are subject to availability; if an item is unavailable we will inform you and adjust or cancel the affected line.
6. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer using your order or invoice number as the reference. Unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing, goods are dispatched once cleared payment is received. Title to the goods passes to you only on receipt of payment in full; risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Best-before and expiry dates
Best-before and expiry information is provided at the point of ordering and, where applicable, on your invoice. It is your responsibility to check dates and to rotate stock appropriately. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for what is and is not covered.
8. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Liability
Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
10. Data protection
We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
